This was a "get to know you visit" with Heather. I was very comfortable and happy that I found a new woman practitioner since my previous one retired.

This was my first appointment with this provider and it went very well. I look forward to seeing her again.

This was my first visit to establish care with this provider as my primary care provider. She was excellent. Took all the time I needed to listen to me and explain everything. I had a total of three emergency room trips at Providence Queen of the Valley in December. I had to continually go back because the root of the problem had not been addressed.This was quite expensive and frustrating. This provider was excellent with understanding my frustration in having to continually go back and making sure that the pneumonia I had was indeed treated properly and I didn't need any further follow up.

Just a great care provider. From her personality to her knowledge of my issues, the way she handled them; looking into the cause, analyzing, suggesting ways to treat and following up made me feel confident of her ability in her profession.

My visit with Heather went well and it left a positive feeling for seeing a nurse practitioner vs a doctor. Heather listened, we discussed certain concerns of mine. She was ptofessional, kind, friendly and caring. I would love to see her again.
