ALL GOOD !

With Dr. Bazron returning, I elected to use Heather Maine as my health care provider. Heather was fabulous in getting everything I needed done. I am scheduled for tests she set up in only one day. She will be my GP from now on. HDF

Great experience

I am in a really bad place mentally for the past 6 month, I answered their questionnaire about mental health and we did not talk about this during the appointment. But the dr called me later that day to ask me bluntly if I was suicidal. Which was a bit too abrupt for me to digest that question, especially in a the mental condition I am right now, plus, I was not alone during her call and could not talk. We can be not suicidal but being extremely fragile mentally anyway. Which I am. The phone call could have been a bit less nuanced than asking bluntly that question.

Heather Maine was incredibly thorough. She asked me lots of questions and discussed my current medications, past procedures, concerns with a few symptoms that are new to me and how they may be affecting my overall health. She ordered a full panel blood test to examine any deficiencies that might be causing these symptoms. I'm not quite sure how long it's been since I had a full blood panel, other than a standard lipid test. I really felt heard.

My visit was scheduled with Heather following the departure of my previous provider. Heather was well-prepared, knowledgeable about my case, and clearly familiar with the reason for my visit. She had reviewed my prior appointment and was ready to discuss appropriate treatment options.In addition to her clinical expertise, Heather was polite, personable, and brought a welcome sense of humor to the appointment, which helped make the experience comfortable and engaging. I feel confident in the care she will provide and look forward to continuing under her care in the years to come.

No bad experience

Heather Maine, NP is the most reliable provider and responds to my email messages on MyChart for help when I have a medical issue. She makes herself available, where with other providers or my PCP, they are booked or out of the office. I know I can count of Heather to respond and help me in a timely manner. She's skilled, knowledgeable, and compassionate in her care.

I requested a prescription refill for my headache. I received a call three days later that my provider have moved away. The receptionist was able to make me an appointment same day she called me. Thank you for that.

This was my first visit to establish care with this provider as my primary care provider. She was excellent. Took all the time I needed to listen to me and explain everything. I had a total of three emergency room trips at Providence Queen of the Valley in December. I had to continually go back because the root of the problem had not been addressed.This was quite expensive and frustrating. This provider was excellent with understanding my frustration in having to continually go back and making sure that the pneumonia I had was indeed treated properly and I didn't need any further follow up.
