Disinterested provider, seemingly focused only on providing the bare minimum of care and effort. Zero empathy. If she doesn't want to be a care provider, why does she still go to work each day?

NP Caruso is the best of all the practitioners and doctors that I've seen.

The provider, nurse and office staff were excellent. I live about an hour away but will continue to make the lengthy drive because I am so pleased with the quality of care and service provided here.

Informed this provider, if she doesn't have the answer that she would get the answer for her Patient. Talk to her about assuring patient a more in depth follow up regarding serious conditions as related to COPD and pulmonary experience. I'm having.

It just takes a long time to get an appointment because there are not enough providers in the practice and when you fi d someone good like Karen it takes even longer.

She seemed a bit impatient.

My main concern has always been my anxiety, but Ms. Caruso does not seem to want to do much about it besides refer me for psychiatric help, which I do not currently have a lot of time for. Was hoping to start my anxiety medications back up until I have time to visit with the psychiatrist.

Very good visit everything I needed was addressed

I was in pain and grouchy, but staff and NP Caruso took it in stride. This has been a tough road, but thanks to staff and NP Caruso, I'm finally feeling better.

First time meeting this provider. I was in her office for only 8 minutes. It took me nearly one month to get an appointment. And that wasn't even with my regular doctor.

My appt was a same day appt where you call in at 8 am. Otherwise the office is very booked out for appts. I was extremely happy to be seen and I felt well heard. My provider also followed up with a F/u call

I was very sick from allergies and asthma they were very attentive, showed concern, said if not better soon call back right away. I'm getting better do to their quick attention as I go down hill quickly.

My first time seeing Karen Caruso NP. Professional, methodical in her assessment, and informative.

Did not understand biopsy results and pathologist explanation. Provider did not want to contact pathologist with my concerns. I had to proceed on my own. I still do not have clarification of comments of pathologist. In my recent visits there was no attempt to listen to lungs heart or any check up normally performed by physician. The computer seems their only means of patient care.

Very easy to work with. Very kind and considerate.

Once checked in, very little waiting time before seeing Doc or nurse practitioner

I have been unable to talk with or see my primary care physician due to her limited schedule so I opted to see a nurse partitioner. Karen was a pleasure to meet with and able to confidently discuss my condition and future needs. I asked her if I could schedule my future appointments with her to which she replied yes. I will certainly do this going forward.
