This was the first time I met this provider and she is excellent. I would like to see her more often if need be.

Very comfortable environment

Everyone is very patient with me ( I am 82 yrs old) explains everything clearly so I understand. (Very important) go out of their way to make sure my cancer treatment doesn't harm my current conditions. I am very impressed. Past experiences have not been this way.

She was very easy to talk to and listened well.

Karen Caruso was excellent. All the staff were great really. Wish I could get appointments that involve serious neuropathy pain and inability to walk quicker. Short of visiting an emergency room I have to wait in pain for weeks not knowing if it's getting worse. Outside of that the care team is perfect.

Thus far to soon as this appointment was with a new personBut a good experience indeed

Karen was very through and professional. Scheduled my bloodwork and Cat-Scan for followup and gave me a complete checkup on the area of my concerns.

Provider didn't recall seeing me as a patient the year before (for checkup) and hadn't checked my chart before appointment. I felt like an inconvenience since I didn't have anything wrong with me or a specific request. I thought I had to come to annual check ups to be in the care of the practice.

I came in seeking answers for an irregular heartbeat that was continually getting worse and I felt she ordered all the tests I needed in order to find a solution! She also referred me to a cardiologist which I will see after all the testing is completed. I could not have gotten any better care!

I am a new patient. It was my first experience visiting another medical office and seeing a new doctor. I was very nervous and concerned about what would happen. I feel very happy and comfortable banter my visit now. The building and the office were cleaned. The medical staff and medical providers were nice and kind. Thank you.

Karen is a nice enough person. But I actually brought a list of a couple things I wanted to talk about. And possibly discuss my last blood test tests. We did not because I had to hear about her life experiences, her ailment, her prescriptions, and family members. I understand saying something relatable makes somebody feel comfortable, but she took over the entire visit. I'm having to make another appointment with somebody else to address other concerns I originally had

Disinterested provider, seemingly focused only on providing the bare minimum of care and effort. Zero empathy. If she doesn't want to be a care provider, why does she still go to work each day?

NP Caruso is the best of all the practitioners and doctors that I've seen.

The provider, nurse and office staff were excellent. I live about an hour away but will continue to make the lengthy drive because I am so pleased with the quality of care and service provided here.

Informed this provider, if she doesn't have the answer that she would get the answer for her Patient. Talk to her about assuring patient a more in depth follow up regarding serious conditions as related to COPD and pulmonary experience. I'm having.

It just takes a long time to get an appointment because there are not enough providers in the practice and when you fi d someone good like Karen it takes even longer.

She seemed a bit impatient.

My main concern has always been my anxiety, but Ms. Caruso does not seem to want to do much about it besides refer me for psychiatric help, which I do not currently have a lot of time for. Was hoping to start my anxiety medications back up until I have time to visit with the psychiatrist.

Very good visit everything I needed was addressed

I was in pain and grouchy, but staff and NP Caruso took it in stride. This has been a tough road, but thanks to staff and NP Caruso, I'm finally feeling better.

Bedside manner, care, or concern for my well-being, respect, listening, empathy, communication, all 0Medical professionalism in terms of diagnosis and recommended care I cannot comment on. I'm hoping they were appropriate and will be successful.
