Anne is always very kind and helpful.

I had to get an appointment to have my medication renewed. I also got bronchitis about six weeks ago but couldn't take certain medications for a month D/T the procedure. I added the follow up R/T bronchitis to my visit with Ann and she made another follow up appointment in case I need it after I mentioned there's quite a lead time to being able to get an appointment. I appreciated her proactive response, thank you, Ann

NP Gonzales is amazing. She listened to my concerns, and expedited tests for what has turned out to be a very serious health situation. She informed me of the results of these tests, showing great concern and empathy. All appointments I have upcoming were arranged by her and she has kept me up-to-date on the process. She is an incredible gift.

Anne Gonzales did a good job deciphering the actual rash issue I had and recommended proper medications to alleviate the problem. A previous visit to Orange, CA location misdiagnosed the rash and improper medication was provided but did not solve rash issue. Thanks NP Anne Gonzales

I needed help urgently and am very thankful that Anne was able to treat me. She went above and beyond my care. She ordered me additional blood work to make sure that everything else was okay. She ordered an injection to give me immediate relief. She was the best and I will definitely see her over and over again.

The provider who saw me was amazing. I felt like she truly listened and cared about what I had to say. I did not feel judged but instead welcomed with open ears. She was truly exceptional in the quality care she provides.

Great, easy experience. No issues with little to none wait times

I feel like the practitioner rushed through the examination and make assumptions and underestimated the pain I was going through and it did not consider that I may need x-rays. She listed it as no major injuries, but did not specify they could be moderate, which affects my insurance claim also no future follow ups to make sure that I do not have a neck injury or strain She seemed to rush through the active range of motion and resistance during range of motion, which I felt was not thorough. She was polite and I did not have any problems with her bedside manner. Just I feel my injuries were not taken seriously enough.

Not too knowledgeable about my allergy concerns and what I am allergic to. Doesn't seem to listen too well when I told her about my concerns to a lot of medications. Prescribed me a medication that I already told her I was allergic to anyway.
