It was my first visit with Dr. Tran, and she was wonderful. Very attentive, personable, and made me feel comfortable throughout the appointment.

Staff and physician were very professional

Dr Tran was very kind and thorough with her care. I was nervous about my period cramps and she ordered a pelvic ultrasound and blood tests for me. I'm glad that she acknowledged my pain and ordered the tests for my reassurance. I appreciate the time she took to explain things to me.

I personally I did not pick Dr Trang Tran but so great full that I was not able to my primary. I was able to start a relationship with her. She really cares and willing to help me with what I need. She a great doctor.

There should be more Drs that are caring, professional and is comforting in your needs. She is the Best Internal Medicine Dr.

My over all experience was wonderful

This was my first experience with this practice. Dr Tran was great at listening to my health concerns, as I had quite a few since it's been some time since I've seen a doctor. She referred me to a few doctors for my needs, which is great! However, I didn't get much feedback on the fact that I think I may have arthritis, other than I probably do. That's what she said. I would have liked to know how I can find out if I do in fact have arthritis.

The doctor was amazing. Caring, empathetic, and a good listener. Very happy with Dr. Trang.

This was my first visit to establish a relationship. I was very pleased with the amount of time she spent with me and listened to me. I

Everyone was very polite and knowledgeable to questions I asked. Facility is very clean and easy parking. Dr. Tran is what other doctors should strive to be like. I have many ailments and we covered most of them. The referrals were the most important thing and the doctor is very knowledgeable with what I suffer from. Very happy that she is my primary doctor.

Dr. Tran and her assistant is very caring and good listeners and provide great care. Referrals are sometimes hard to secure at other offices, however Dr.Tran helps with that as well far and beyond.

I love St Jude Heritage. The front desk staff is wonderful, and I trust the doctors.

Excellent experience. Dr. Tran listened carefully to my concerns and provided information and referrals. After receiving different information from a previous doctor, I am now more confident moving forward. She is someone I feel safe and comfortable talking with.

The doctor was not very professional

She was very familiar with my problem and directed me to do things like holding my head still and follow her finger. When it was far to my right my eyes would twitch. This confirmed the diagnosis. She then adjusted my medication with a prescription sent to my pharmacy. Unfortunately they had to order it and [Date] they were closed. I hope it comes in today.

Dr. Tran bedside manner is incomparable. In a world where women are often scolded and/dismissed about their health, Dr. Tran listened and addressed all factors of my well-being including my mental and emotional state. I'm so happy I found a provider who truly seems to care about my health as a whole. I look forward to growing old and healthy with her help. I feel so much relief in this as I head into the second half of my life.
