Nurse Feldkamp did an excellent job. She was familiar with my health history, asked focused questions, listened patiently to my answers and comments, and offered very useful advice. As a measure of her diligence, she worked on and called me on a Saturday about my lab results and the antibiotics she prescribed.

Kristin is great. Very kind and listens to ALL my concerns. She is very knowledgeable, proffessional and caring.

Everyone was on time. I realize that there will be times when the schedules can not be met due to circumstances beyond everyone's control. But everyone was on time and I appreciated it.

Kristen worked very hard to remove the ear wax from my right ear. It was highly impacted andSeemed determined to stay in place. After it was softened it broke up a bit but much of it stayedIn place. Eventually with persistence and skill she was able to remove all of the wax. I'm veryGrateful that she was able to stick with the job until it was finiished. Kudos to her.
