My family and I have been going to Dr. Johnston for a few years now. I like the office staff and Dr. Johnston very much. The office staff is first point of contact and I feel very comfortable asking them for help.

Dr. Johnston is a wonderful doctor who works with me, in partnership to achieve my health goals. She is respectful and answers all my questions and concerns.

We had a great first visit with Dr. Johnston. She was patient, genuinely caring, and took the time to listen to our concerns. We really appreciated how thorough she was and that she made sure we got the referrals we needed.

Dr. Seema Johnston and her team have been an exemplary PCP group and have helped me reset into a healthier next chapter!I was initially hesitant to prioritize my health when I needed it most, even as serious physical symptoms severely escalated. Yet, Dr. Johnston's team practice careful listening skills, validation of concerns, as well as nonjudgmental tones and body language. I was educated on treatment options that considered my medical history and present circumstances. I was given time to reflect on treatment options without feeling pressured. This experience gave me a sense of trust and safety to finally accept help and move forward with a treatment plan. Their team also completes communication loops in largely timely manners.I am now doing the "work" required of a patient to recover alongside the treatment plan; including life changes that need to occur. I am so happy to report that the serious physical symptoms are steadily showing signs of improvement.This is what the "act" of healing truly means. It is a work in progress and it can be a team effort!Furthermore, the workload and pace that Dr. Johnston and her clinical support team navigate must be tremendous - while simultaneously treating many patients, in and outside of the clinic, with personalized care. Yet, I have been heard, helped, and spoken to with dignity and kindness.You can, and do, change lives. My loved ones have also been positively impacted - so please know that your acts of kindness have appreciated domino effects too.Thank you tremendously, Dr. Seema Johnston and team!

This was a video call. Did not use reception group, scheduled online. This doctor is extremely compassionate, listens intently, and is thoughtful in her dialogue. I have complete trust in her.

It was vas a very good initial New Patient appointment. I was satisfied enough to mention her name to my spouse & daughter who are both looking for a new PCP.

It was my first time as a new patient with Dr. Seema Johnston. Our meeting was short but complete. So far, she helped me with my concerns and I hope she will.continue to guide me in my health concerns.

3 unanswered questions were n/a for me b/c I just received referrals at that appt, on that day; I have not yet made any appts w other doctors. I feel like Dr. Johnston knows and remembers me from one year to the next. I get the sense that she is only allowed about 12-15 minutes with me, but that said, it seems like she *wants* to CARE about me, personally.

I was truly appreciative of the scheduler who was able to find me an appointment within 2 days and of Dr. Johnston who was available to see me and diagnose the problem.

Provider listened to me and answered my questions

I've been seeing Dr Johnston for over 10 years now. She is always willing to listen to my health concerns. I do wish I was able to get bloodwork done during my appt instead of having to go wait for hours at the neighboring Labcorp after the appt.

I saw 2 doctors during this episode. It was an emergency visit and did not see my regular doctor. The one I saw was very helpful and thorough. I needed to see a cardiologist but had to wait 2 weeks to get to see one.
