Dr. Karen Garner helped me through my list of questions and concerns about my health that I brought to our meeting, she reviewed information from my Apple Watch that was exported for her review, she answered all my questions in detail, had very solid and actionable suggestions for my health, explained things to me in a way I could understand, and made sure my future prescriptions where at the pharmacy and we discussed follow up work to monitor and improve my health. Never felt rushed, even though the practice was busy, and also the front desk help (all of them seriously), helped me out and the two PAs that assisted as well were terrific, thoughtful and kind, while being very proficient at their jobs in my patient capacity.

Dr Karen Garner was very professional and asked questions of me for our first appt consult as my primary doctor. Very impressed with Dr Garner. She is detailed with my medical file, asking questions. Very good Doctor. And direct.

The doctor seemed very rushed - she spent about 2 minutes tops with me.More eye contact with the laptop than myself. I doubt she even remembers anything that has occurred in my life recently which is affecting me. Instead of actually talking with me I get a recommendation for a psychiatrist. I don't need to be medicated or I'd start drinking g again. My visit just felt like a good reason to get a billing in.

Dr. Garner is an incredible , very sympathetic but also empathetic doctor. She Is also very tuned In to her patients emotional as well as physical well being. Every time I have seen her for a variety of different appointments she has always been very easy to speak with also very open ,also easy to confide in. I saw her May [Date] 2026 for a follow up appointment after an unexpected trip to the ER for an irregular EKG. I had made a list of questions to ask because I was nervous about leaving her office with still unanswered questions. Looking back I don't think I ever really needed that list at all. As we talked during our appointment she had really anticipated almost all of the questions I could have asked plus other questions I might have asked but never thought of. During our appointment she was able to fill in the gaps in my understanding of some test results and educated me very successfully on steps I needed to take now to improve my health going forward. I had a very positive reassuring experience at my appointment! I left our appointment feeling much more hopeful and calm. It was a good feeling.

Dr. Garner has provided me with excellent health care, she cares about my well being. I trust her implicitly with all my medical concerns.

Appreciate concern regarding my health and follow thru my chart on test results

The staff members are always polite and friendly and easy to work with. Dr Garner always listens to what I say and answers my questions. She always checks my chart to see what's been going on with me or if I have lab tests or other medical procedures to go over. She explains what " the plan" will be and lets me know when to make another appointment to return. Before I leave I am given a packet with what was discussed along with a summary of that appt. I am happy to come to this medical office.

Dr. Garner is thorough and responsive in a timely manner as to my health care. She even sent test results via My Chart on a Sunday afternoon - give her a raise and a bonus at the very least!
