I was extremely happy with the quick service and attention to detail. Ressie Ramos listened carefully to my concerns and answered my questions thoroughly. I was also able to get lab work done at the same time. It was a good experience that provided a level of comfort concerning my health.

My response on whether the provider or someone else In the office called regarding my test results was due to the fact that things were updated in My Portal and I was able to receive my results that way without needing to talk to a person in the office. This is very convenient. Reese Ramos is very kind and knowledgeable and I appreciate the time she took with me to address all my concerns.
