Once I got into the medical room both the girls were very thorough we discussed my health and issues and felt good. Blood work was assigned asap and that was that. She will get back to me with the results.

It was an initial visit. So we had no experience with each other.

Caitlin was very kind and listened to my mom with her UTI symptoms.

She was very pleasant and professional, was concerned about my issue and provided reasonable advice for me to try in order to reduce the pain.

My experience of Providence could not have been better. I had some special needs and they accommodated me.

My provider has retired. This appointment was an interim appointment which I find a new provider. I was very happy with Caitlin. She was thorough, concerned and had a plan for follow up

I really thought my visit with Kaitlin was extremely pleasant and constructive. I wanted to discuss scheduling a mammogram, problems with incontinence when taking diuretics, and some other concerns. She was very knowledgeable and I trusted her advice. We also talked about my medications, and their impact on my kidneys. She made a change to my meds that made sense, and told me to bring up my incontinence issue with my kidney doctor when I see him next. Kaitlin seems extremely competent and she has a very nice way when talking to me. I did not feel rushed, and I felt my issues were important to her. I am going to see her next time, and I am looking forward to another good visit.

I was originally scheduled to see my PCP, however, a few months prior to my scheduled appointment I received a call from my PCP's office notifying me that she was not going to be in the office on the day of my appointment. I was offered an appointment with Caitlin De Castro, PAC, on same day so I accepted.

She gave me a very good exam and seemed very thorough.

I wasn't sure I was taken seriously about one of my conditions and wish I could get tests I know are free and preventative that I thought would be helpful but she said I didn't need them. Even though they are free preventative care and I wanted them.

Caitlin DeCastro listened carefully to my 2 issues regarding 1) medications now unavailable and 2) proper dosage as prescribed by a specialist in the past. She was exceptional in listening to me and my problem and investigating preevious specialist instructions. I was very confident in her attention paid to me and would like to have her as a permanent medical provider. She completely understood the issue. Outstanding P.A.!

Caitlin DeCastro is a fabulous addition to the Primary Care office. Intelligent, compassionate, listens and easy to talk with.

I did not see my PCP. She was on leave and I have to wait to see her in August. I'm a new patient and wanted to establish myself with her. I was able to see a PA-C for this sooner appointment.

Outstanding office visit. She addressed all of my concerns and referral's necessary. Very knowledgeable and interested in my care.

I was scheduled within CaitlenbyDr. DeCastrotocheck my blood pressure post medicine change after heart surgery. It took about 2 weeks to get the appointment. Cardiology was over booked. Caitlin is a very sharp professional and it was a pleasure to meet her. She called me that night to confirm that 2 new prescriptions had been ordered.

My visit went above and beyond to give me a diagnosis and how to make me feel better in a timely matter..thank you to both the staff and especially to PA..

Very good visit. Little hard getting the appointment because they kept telling me to go to urgent care. They called me right back and got me in.

Caitlin diagnosed a very dangerous and potentially deadly blood clot in my left leg after examination. Insisted I go immediately to ER and I did where I was ultrasound and confirmed a non occlusive clot in my femoral vein. Now on Eliquis and following up on Tuesday the [Date] December at office
