As a routine check Doctor should check and ask more questions about my health. I noticed I asked her the question. She never checked my abdomen. No throat. I ask for check the ear for wax. There was wax and nurse tried to clean but did not get success. I was given ENT dr. Info for getting appt. Which is in October I expect doctor to ask me about my health not me to tell her to check this and that..Sorry my expectation for routine check is totally different.

After a fall when urgent care's X-rays of arm found no broken bones I scheduled an appt with Dr Linn as arm was still painful and mobility extremely limited. Dr Linn had CT scan ordered which revealed a fracture. She referred me to orthopedic doctor. Her follow through in finding the root cause of my pain was very professional and certainly much appreciated.

Regarding Dr Lin. Dr Lin must learn better communication skills. There was very little dialogue between her and myself. I described to her the symptoms I was experiencing. Her exam seemed cursory. I didn't get the feeling that she was very interested in the bbl patient. I would prefer to discuss this with St Jude Heritage in a different manner than this survey. But in sum, I will see her unless there are no other options. I think an urgent care doctor would have been a better experience. The only reason I booked the appointment with her was because my regular doctor didn't have an opening on Monday ( the day of my visit), and I needed care immediately. Thank you.
