The only issue I take is wishing the medical permission slip would have been faxed directly after the virtual appointment I had with Lorena.I was acutely ill and my place of work kept calling me that no permission slip had been faxed. I did not feel up to trying to call the doctor office and my job, back and forth to get things moving. BUT, I did anyway. In the future, it would be so helpful to just have such things be faxed the same day and then the person who is ill can just work on getting better.That said, Lorena was fabulous!! I have not had her as a provider before. She was very compassionate without being sappy. She was always present and listening. Professional, learned, and spoke clearly at a nice pace. Genuine and cared about my concerns, questions, and answered them well. Thank you, Lorena !!
