Dr. Ready is an amazing doctor. She took every concern I had seriously. I happen to have a lot of medical issues, and they can't all be done in one appointment. So she asked me to pick a couple and those are the ones we focused on. She had no hesitation in sending out referrals, doing blood draws, and ordering tests that I wanted. She's very kind and very thorough. I Will be recommending her to everyone I know.

Dr Ready is a great doctor to work with. By that I mean she listens to me, will discuss my Rx and dx. And I feel I can inquire about avenues of care. If I don't comprehend a comment she will explain more fully. It has been refreshing to have a PCP that does not hv the attitude of "u do this period" no discussion, no support, no explanation or compassion (i hv found more male pcp who are more egotistical and feel threatened if their authority and knowledge are questioned!Dr Ready is definitely a credit to ur institution

Dr. Ready meets the definition of the "ideal" PCP-knowledgeable, capable, compassionate, thorough, detailed-a great communicator, and listener-(READ: totally competent-everything I want my PCP to be. I'm glad she is a member of the care team and PHRMH. The system at PHRMH makes all this possible, and I am very thankful for the excellent standard of care that PHRMH has provided me over the past 20 years. I truly feel that I am cared for by the medical team. And that includes the receptionist and everybody in the system who makes all this possible.
