I loved the fact that she took immediate action and requested the appropriate test be completed the same day. This is so important to me as it is hard to get in to the appointments, due to the ability to drive as I am legally blind. Her whole team was very kind. She also. Scheduled a follow up appointment for me.

The medical provider and clerical staff and online staff have always been professional and helpful.The online appointment process has always seemed clunky and difficult to navigate.

Ms. Harris is an excellent and extremely knowledgeable provider and patient advocate. It was a pleasure to meet her for the first time. If my PCP is not available, I feel very confident Ms. Harris can provide thorough and timely care.

No complaints about provider at all. My complaint is with the call back system when you need information about a prescription, etc. 3-4 days is too long to receive a call back.

This is the first appointment I had with Sarah Harris. It was very professional, she was well prepared, lisened well, and provided excelent counsel. My history with this practice is that it is almost impossible to see my primary Pysician, but the two PA's have been excellent. The other challenge with this practice has been the availability of appointments within reasonable timelines. This was a very short timeline, and I appreciated them getting me in as I was about to leave the country for 2 months.

This provider discussed pain management with me and not TO me. There is a very big difference between the two. Most of g he doctors and PAs, talk to, not with.
