About Jesse M. Powell
Dr. Jesse Powell values the relationship of trust that develops in primary care over time. In his practice Dr. Powell emphasizes shared decision-making and judicious use of medications. He feels his most important role as a provider is to be a good listener and a teammate in helping his patients achieve wellness. Dr. Powell received his bachelor’s degree and medical degree from the University of Utah. He completed his internship, residency, and chief resident year at Providence Portland Medical Center. In addition to primary care, Dr. Powell has a professional interest in occupational & environmental medicine and graphic medicine. Originally from the deserts of Utah, Dr. Powell enjoys the Oregon rain and feels privileged to live in the lovely Pacific NW. His hobbies include drawing/illustration, reading, cycling, running, beekeeping, bird-watching and spending time with his family.

Because of this, I was looking for a different provider. It is because of Dr. Powell that I am still with this office.
