I was pleasantly surprised at how quickly I was able to see my PCP. I called on Monday and was seen on Thursday afternoon! I scheduled for a wellness check up but, I did have a concern about some pain I was experiencing in my left knee. I was scheduled for an ultrasound the following day.

Dr Herder is always kind, professional and knowledgeable. She is very willing to work with me on any issue to find a resolution.

Dr. Herder is my preferred doctor. She provides excellent quality care that I feel very confident with.

Dr. Herder has been my physician for several years and has always provided excellent care. Since I am on lifelong warfarin therapy for massive pulmonary emboli, including a saddle embolus, I receive warfarin management from the PPMC Anticoagulation Clinic, and I consider them part of my care team. Like Dr. Herder, all care received through the PPMC ACC has been excellent and timely.

I am grateful to have a provider I can speak to openly. As usual, the support staff was top notch, including Dr. Herder's MA - who has always been exceptional. I have no notes. Just grateful for the great care and the gift of being heard by my health care team. 10/10

Before the appointment I had a question about the lab tests that I needed, I received a quick answer from a PA and the tests were ordered before my visit to Labcor. During my appointment with Dr Herder the nurse was kind , friendly and efficient . Dr Herder as always asked me pertinent questions and listened carefully to my concerns and gave useful suggestion about what I should do. I am so pleased and grateful for this terrific practice!

Dr. Herder is intelligent, friendlym well-informed and a joy to work with. It was lovely that she was so happy and congratulatory about my recent aortic valve replacement, and celebrated with me that I no longer have a heart murmur. Since she is not taking new patients, she gave me the name of a colleague for my sister-in-law to be referred to.

Dr Herder is an excellent physician

I find that Kimberly Herder md to be the best PCP that I have ever had. I'd recommend her highly but fear that she would get too busy to see me. She addresses all my health care concerns and acts on the things that need more attention. Her prompt response to a health issue helped to catch cancer in stage 1 before it had spread. I feel like she saved my life by her taking my concerns seriously. Tell Dr. Herder thank you for being the best PCP. I hope I do not over burden her with so many health Issues. She never makes me feel like a burden.

To make appointment with h my Doctor it's always been extremely busy. But unfortunately your get in faster if you had to go the Er. Which is the case. I understand she is very good Doctor, and she is popular.

Dr Herder is a very knowledgeable and caring. She listens to me and hears my questions and explains my care and options so I fully understands next steps and care going forward. She gets whatever testing is needed and explains the results clearly so I understand. If I need to see a different specialist she will advise I see them. I think she is outstanding and am grateful for her care.

My experiences at Providence has always been good

In the past, rarely appointments available for urgent matters; sent to urgent care clinic. This visit was same day appointment with another provider in my regular physician's office. Very pleased.
