Ever since being with Providence, I am finally getting all of my needs taken seriously, and I'm seen and heard, I really appreciate the level of care I'm receiving being provided and I am thankful, this was just the fresh beginning I've needed and I love being with Providence!!

Dr. Yu is always so attentive, she has the most kind, professional and caring way about her. She never rushes you and cares about her patients, she is a wonderful person and a wonderful doctor.

Dr Yu is always friendly and nice. I feel like I can talk with her about anything and not feel embarrased. The Nurses are also very nice.

Dr. Yu is kind, well informed about my health history. She came into the appointment well-prepared. I am unhappy that this check up was basically a formal question and answer session with no time to discuss health concerns other than the basics. There were constant reminders that I needed to make another appointment if there was any other concerns I had which we all know is an additional cost on my part. So although I like Dr. Yu and believe she is very capable, I am very unhappy with the current way these types of appointments are done.

It was a great experience. She listened to me and showed genuine concern. She offered sensible options.

I am the wife of the patient. He isn't capable of filling this out. I would appreciate more interest in more comprehensive interest in my husband's physical condition. He has Rhumatoid Arthritis and while he does see a specialist, this aspect of his health is not discussed. There is a minimum amount of physical examination He has problems with his feet and only after I insisted Dr. Yu looked at them. Overall lots of talking and little physical activity. Also my husband has a moderate amount of cognitive impairment and I would appreciate an appointment or an opportunity to speak with the doctor without his presence to speak frankly without disrespecting him.

I sent a msg in MyChart to my PCP, just to update her. A nurse called me later in the day, asked questions and decided I should see someone. She made an appt for the next day with Dr Yu. I was very surprised with the call and quickness of scheduling as she felt I needed to be seen. Dr Yu gave me information and I looked up the after visit summary to make sure I understood and did what she advised. I didn't request or think I needed this and am glad for the nurses call and quickness appt.

Dr. Yu is one of the best doctors I ever have. She is patient and shows empathy, understands my health conditions, and for those she suggests and orders the most appropraite tests. She always provides precise, correct thus helpful diagnosis, recommends and kindly encourages me to take the right corrective actions (including medicine, exercise and diet.)

Dr Yu is amazing! Going to a doctor is particularly difficult for me, because I have health anxiety, and she makes It so much easier than any doctor I've ever had. I Couldn't dream up a better doctor!

Provider listens with full attention but is efficient. Her listening skills are very exceptional and I can trust her to hear what I say. She also pays attention to the things I resist and works with me rather than dismiss me.

Dr. Wendy Yu is an excellent physician. The time it takes to get an appointment with her is about a month unless someone cancels their appointment. Seeing another physician in her office within 3 days is an option but it doesn't allow that continuity with my primary care provider.

Dr. Yu recognized that my medical condition was so severe that I needed to be admitted to the ED. She arranged for that to happen. She also prompted me to ask the doctors to check for sepsis and to demand answers. She Is an excellent coach and doctor!

I like Dr. Yu very much. She's knowledgable, up-to-date on medical issues, answers questions clearly, and has a sense of humor. She doesn't linger to "chat," but doctors are pressed for time these days. It's hard to find a good PCP these days, so am grateful to have found Dr. Yu.

Dr. Yu is a "rule out" physician. Because of this attitude, Dr. Yu ordered a vascular ultrasound and a blood clot was found. Medications were immediately changed and a follow up appointment arranged. Post a total knee and, Sr. Yu was concerned about the extreme swelling in my foot and leg. Without her support, I may have had a PE. She is fantastic!

Dr. Yu gives positive feedback while also discussing areas to watch. She is very resourceful and empathetic about the challenges of aging and being a care-giver.

I recommend Dr Yu all of the time to friends and family. She listens and is respectful. She doesn't condescend. I trust her guidance on all health issues.

This was a GREAT experience with this provider and this practice. I called early in the morning for a "same day" appointment and got one. I was in and out of the appointment with Rx waiting at the pharmacy in less than an hour.
