First time I have seen this provider. She did not introduce herself. Just asked stated she was there to listen to my heart and lungs. Did so and left. Have been going to this clinic for quite a few years. Last 2 visits have been less than pleasant.

My provider was great. Listened, helpful, knowledgeable. The medical assistant was not great. She seemed distracted and confused. She gave my shot too far up in my arm causing a lot of pain and hitting a nerve, did not really attempt to connect with me
