The staff are very professional and courteous and Dr. Nagappan if provides excellent care.

Based on a few years of observation being Dr. Nagappan's patient, I think she is nice but I wish she listens and not only hears. I find her comments after lab work result are not satisfactory.

I have seen Dr Nagappan for many years. She has always had my best interest in mind. She knows my crazy stressful job and is always sensitive and mindful when giving me advice.

Unlike my previous encounter in the previous year, medical personnel, including my primary provider, were appropriately practicing science-based infection prevention measures and wearing masks in line with prevention of airborne infections like influenza, RSV, and SARS-2. I tested the CO2 and PM 2.5 using air quality meters and found the air quality measured to be excellent, i.e. Low CO2, indicating high air changes per hour, and very low measured PM 2.5, indicating high quality air filtration. Since these air quality factors directly influence my medical conditions diagnosed by my provider, it is gratifying to measure and see the excellent air quality in the environment where I see my provider.

She listened to understand, not just respond. I felt validated by her acknowledging the pain I expressed, as well as my answers to the questions I answered prior to the visit.

She deserves five gold stars and recognition for her commitment to her patients.
