It often feels as though the Dr is checking the boxes that she is supposed to in order to complete my annual visit. I asked her about one of my specific medications. Shouldn't she be reviewing them with me, making suggestions, etc?I told her that I wasn't feeling great, was having issues at that time. I felt blown off. I saw on follow up paperwork that my temp was 97.2. Is that normal?

MA was pleasant and efficient. Very short waiting time for the doctor to come in after the MA left. Dr Nagappan answered each question and knew the answers right off.

The provider (Dr Naagapaan) did not seem to know why I was there at all. She instead focused only on my anxiety and depression only which had nothing to do with the reason for my visit. She barely let me speak at all and did not seem to know about or care about the reason for the appointment at all.

I like that my doctor summarizes what we talked about during the visit at the end and gives me clear things I need to follow up on or schedule.

Doctor was dismissive of symptoms. Had to request and push for lab work. Did not offer referrals and seemed ill educated about menopause symptoms and treatment. I did not feel she listened, had empathy or experience. I now looking for a new provider/clinic.

This time Dr. Nagappan spent time discussing my issues, and recommended referrals to other specialists! I appreciate not feeling as rushed as In visits! She took my questions and concerns seriously. Even ordered X-rays of my leg and hip, which were still hurting after injuries!

Dr Nagappan does seem to care about my medical issues. Everyone in her office/ clinic is professional and responsive when I have questions.

I have seen Dr Nagappan for many years. She has always had my best interest in mind. She knows my crazy stressful job and is always sensitive and mindful when giving me advice.

Unlike my previous encounter in the previous year, medical personnel, including my primary provider, were appropriately practicing science-based infection prevention measures and wearing masks in line with prevention of airborne infections like influenza, RSV, and SARS-2. I tested the CO2 and PM 2.5 using air quality meters and found the air quality measured to be excellent, i.e. Low CO2, indicating high air changes per hour, and very low measured PM 2.5, indicating high quality air filtration. Since these air quality factors directly influence my medical conditions diagnosed by my provider, it is gratifying to measure and see the excellent air quality in the environment where I see my provider.

She listened to understand, not just respond. I felt validated by her acknowledging the pain I expressed, as well as my answers to the questions I answered prior to the visit.
