I felt very comfortable with PA Shedman. I thought that my complaint might be a waste of time. She assured me that it wasn't and was able to take a different approach to my complaint might. Time will tell, but I definitely feel comfortable with her and would be comfortable if she were my main provider. I have always felt comfortable with the care I have received at PMG and Providence ,Hospital.

I've been usin this Providence facility for approximately 10 years and my last appointment was by far the best experience I've ever had. Efficient was blatantly obvious with every department that I interfaced with; started by arriving early for blood test, then cafeteria on 1st floor?, then approximately 45 mins early for my appointment (which they accepted my within 10ins), then xray (again accepted me within 10 mins). I had an 11AM appointment and was out the door by 11:30am. Blood work and xrays were not pre-scheduled. Totally impressed and you're had work on efficienty is bluntly obvious- excellent work and thank for caring! I'm so glad I got to share this with you, I was wondering how to express my observation and very happy to be given the opportunity!

She was patient and friendly in listening and answering my questions. She looked up a web site to help me with tracking my protein levels. Loved her!
