I was surprised how quickly Dr. Hanson was booked up. I normally scheduled four months in advance, but this is no longer possible. Going forward I need to schedule several months in advance. However, I am very grateful that I was put on a list for cancellations and my appointment was moved up by over a week on account of a cancellation.

Dr. Hansen and I discussed a number of my current health issues and gave valuable advice.

Dr. Hansen is an excellent communicator and practices active listening in his interactions with me. I believe that a patient - provider relationship is a partnership based on open & honest communication. Dr. Hansen is a great partner in my relationship with him. My first appointment was cancelled because of the "bomb" storm we had. PacMed Totem Lake called promptly to reschedule. Originally, the only appt. Available was 3 months away. When I explained the weather cancellation, they found a slot about 3 weeks away and fit me in. That was a kind thing to do. Dr Hansen is the best--always listens.
