I've been going to Providence, my wife and myself for around 25 years. there's a reason we keep coming back great physicians great nurse practitioners in the staff that anybody had a business wish they could have such committed in compassionate employees.

I wish he was the doctor I could see all the time, he listens and sees to actually care about my health.

Tie him to his office and don't let him move to Texas! He's the best!

I'm 77. I have no desire to have dozens of tests done. Dr. Balk respects my wishes and does all he can to keep me comfortable. He has an honest smile and a gentle touch. He even called to see if I needed anything when my partner died. That's what I call a great bedside manner even if it over the phone. I did not pick Dr. Balk but I thank whoever did. He is a delightful man and I would drive anywhere to have him as my Dr. Thank you.

Everything was great. Dr Bahk ordered an X-ray. It was so fast and easy to check in with CSR and was immediately taken back for X-ray where the technicians were very professional, friendly, and knowledgeable.

Bank is friendly & professional. Speaks in plain English vs doc speak. I look at my chart for lab results and review provider comments there. I have not see a need for personal calls.

Very caring and listened to me

My experience since 2012 with all staff and providers at Providence Monroe has been for the vast majority excellent, with a very few exceptions.

Dr. Bahk is the a provider who I sense truly cares for his patients and treats them with kindness and empathy while allowing the patient to be involved in their own care and plans for treatment as a team. I have seen many providers as I have chronic and progressive conditions that will last my lifetime and Dr. Bahk truly stands out as the best PCP I have ever had. I'm so happy I was randomly assigned to him. He is quick and concise in his responses to test results or medical questions I have. And he looks at you as a person, not just another patient to hurry and copy and paste notes to get through the day. I can tell he cares about people. He's the best! Thanks Dr. Bahk, I'm so happy you're still here.

Dr. Bahk is a wonderful doctor that I am sad we are losing. He listens well and gives good advice. He also makes it easy to talk about whatever issues I have.

I am very happy with my care provider. He is by far the best doctor I have ever had. He takes the time to listen, and many doctors don't listen to their patients and just conclude on their own what a problem is and make mistakes in the process.

I am always satisfied with my meetings with Dr Bahk. This visit was a follow up to an Emergency Visit I had earlier in the month. He went over all the tests and discussed my other medications and how I should use the pain killers and muscle relaxers in addition to my regular meds. Plus advice on getting off the pain medication in the future.
