Dr Palepu has been my physician for several years. I appreciate her knowledge, opinion, and sincere caring, for my needs.

Dr Palepu is a great doctor. Happy I found her.

I am very thankful for the relationship with my Dr and staff. Just wish there was a better bedside manner when someone like me, needs to explain circumstances instead of just crying. Others than that, I am so happy.

Purpose of visit was two-fold - follow-up on blood pressure medications and lab results; and annual wellness exam. We spent most of visit talking about BP meds and how they manage and treat hypertension. The wellness exam was the quickest and least thorough ever experienced. I was not put into a gown, had my clothes on, limited listening to my heart and lungs (no deep breathes) and no genital exam or PSA screen (rectum). We will follow-up with variety of labs in the next month.

I love Dr Palepu. She is caring and understanding.

I love my care provider and have three other people seeing her because of how great I think she is.The only issue now is that she is too busy to get an appointment...took me over two months with virtual...would have been three months if I went in to the office!

I have not had any bad experiences with Dr. Palepu. The only thing that is changed is it takes a long time to get an appointment? It used to be so much easier.

I feel that my doctor cares and is listening when I come into the office. I have a number of developing health concerns, and she listens to my concerns and helps explain things to me. The staff that work at the office are very helpful and friendly. I appreciate having a doctors office located close to Whidbey Island.

I always receive excellent care with Dr. Palepu. It is difficult to get appt with her for any daily illnesses that happen so I am forced to use walk in clinic which is very dissatisfying. Certainly not Dr. Palepu's fault, but a statement of our current medical system.

I thought Dr Palepu was curt and I did not especially care for her approach. Would not see her again.

Dr. Palepu is amazing! I came into visit her prior to my October trip to Antarctica. I needed her to sign the requested medical forms for the National Geographic Trip. I provided my request letter, information about the trip and medical forms in advance of my appointment. Dr. Palepu was so prepared for me. We went through the medical forms/questions together. She took so much extra time to give me travel information, dietary recommendations, clothing advise(layers, down to the REI light weight Merlino long underwear).I am so impressed with her knowledge and I am so thankful for her spending the time with me. I feel so physically and mentally prepared for this trip!

Dr. Palepu has been my Primary Physician for many years. I am very grateful for all she has done for me and still does.

Caring provider. Great experience w/Providence Harbourpointe. Wish my provider would share more about menopause and next steps but crickets.

Dr. Palepu was kind of rude honestly. She tried to talk me out of my husband and I's plan to have another baby and to begin to start trying at the end of this year so our babies are close in age. She was very dismissive to all my symptoms that I was being seen for, saying it's just because I had a baby. Like obviously my body and hormones are out of whack, but I'm at the appointment to try and get to the bottom of it and figure out how to get it back on track. She condescendingly questioned me about a vulnerable and negative breastfeeding experience I had. She kept on looping back to the possibility of depression for me which was super frustrating because I don't feel depressed at all, I have in the past been depressed and recognize the signs. Then after being dismissed the whole time and feeling sheepish about our encounter, as she was going to leave the room, she stopped and told me to try and schedule with my own provider next time. Which I tried to do in the first place but my provider is booked up for months and so I couldn't get in to see anyone else. Her delivery for everything was honestly just rude and unprofessional. She did end up ordering some labs and tests but she seemed to do so in annoyance of my requests. I honestly don't even want to go back to the doctor or follow up on anything medical related because of how she made me feel.

Dr. Papelu was kind, professional, and truly interested in my medical history and my current concerns. She suggested changes in my medications and explained the reasons for the change. I felt she had a real concern for my heath.

I thought Dr Palepu listened to me, gave me good answers to my questions, was not impatient, and I felt heard. She checked with me to see if I had additional questions and that I understood her responses to my questions. She seems very competent and compassionate. I would definitely recommend her to others.
