I've been experiencing a serious vestibular issue for 5 months now. I met with my Swedish provider about this Issue back In November. I am on multiple medications to deal with this Issue and vestibular therapy. While I went to see my provider about another issue, she did not even ask how I was doing with my chronic issue. She also seemed in a rush to get out of the room and didn't even say goodbye. She just walked out and I left because I figured my appointment was over. I wish she had better bedside manner to match what seems to be a very intelligent and helpful medical care provider.

Her quality and continuity of care has been excellent throughout. As the nature of medical practice has changed, she has adapted, as have the systems used by the organizations with whom she has practiced. She is an outstanding practitioner and we work well together, as do her team and I. Dr. Olson was doing a follow up from an ER visit. She was very well prepared for our visit and allowed me to provide other medical questions I had. She renewed my prescription for a year, provided lab tests to be completed, and answered questions I had related to my current health.

With my most recent illness experience from spring of this year, including 5 days in the hospital, until this most recent appointment Sept. 24 a few days after a blood draw, she has been Incredibly helpful and supportive. Now I feel fantastic and the blood draw matches that! Please convey my highest compliments to her and her staff who have consistently done as much for me as possible time after time.

Dr Joan Olson is always looking out for my best interest. She values the Input from me and my family. She noticed a change In my routine labs, had concern, treated the condition's presenting symptoms while making a referral to a specialist. She is always on top of her game and also is very caring. She has been my PCP for over 30 years! I would follow her anywhere!

The reception, nurse and Dr. Olsen were as professional, helpful and efficient as any doctor I have ever visited.And the follow up on prescriptions was amazing. Dr Ilsen had my meds sorted in 2-4 hours!!!
