The consulting nurse deli I should see a doctor soon so a video call was scheduled within a day and the provider gave immediate care with a follow up appointment scheduled for my regular doctor.

Home test + for Covid. Absolutely no hesitation of intake person to process my info & get me scheduled for telemed. Doctor had obviously perused my medical records, discussed options available, made sure I understood med adjustments that needed to be made using Pavlovid for Covid infection. Her MA had already researched availability of this drug in my area. Appreciated them being totally prepared for this tele-med visit with me and very informative. Kudos to them.

Dr. Rhoades was an excellent listener and allowed me to speak at my own pace and in my own manner. She asked logical questions clearly in a calm and engaging manner. She responded appropriately to my questions and requests for clarification. I enjoyed the video meeting and would certainly request it again instead of an in-person one.

Before Dr. Rhodes, I dealt with a doctor who did not prescribe any medication for my UTI, before a weekend, leaving me pretty uncomfortable. I was happy to speak with Dr. Rhodes, who DID...although by now it was Monday!

Dr. Rhodes was new to me but she treated me as if she was my ongoing PCP. Explained the illness of my complaint clearly. Asked questions and provided additonal information w/o solicitation. She was polite and very thoughtful. I have been a client at PMC for nearly 15 and really grateful for the care I receive from all providers.

I was really sick. I had Covid and I slept through my appointment. They kept on calling until I finally got to talk to him and I really appreciate that because I was so sick. I didn't even notice they were great thank you.

I had tested positive for Covid at home, my first time having and while healthy I am 75 so wanted to take Paxlovid. Dr Rhoades asked a lot of questions of me to assess if I was a good candidate for the drug. She was professional and very kind.
