Dr Richter is an excellent primary care doctor who is very attentive, thorough, and a trusted advocate for my health. I came to him through a recommendation, and I've given many recommendations to others who are looking for a PCP, all of which is evidence of the regard that I and my family have for him and his practice.

As a new patient getting a new diagnosis Dr Richter was very kind and informative about treatment and tests and expectations. I appreciate that he listened to me and took my concerns seriously and was sure to explain the big picture and little details. As much as I wish I didn't have to see a rheumatologist, I am pleased with the care I received and the ongoing support he has given me and my other care providers in navigating my health.

Dr. Richter is one of the best physicians. I am happy that he is my doctor.

He has always been more than willing to help in any way to improve my health, whether making changes in my treatment ( drug prescriptions) or sending me to have lab work done, or making referrals to specialists when necessary. I very much appreciate his willingness to listen to my concerns and that he allows my husband to accompany me to appointments. We are senior citizens and it is helpful memory-wise to have each other's support. I feel very well supported by this physician. He is the best primary physician I have had.

Dr Richter answers the questions on my chart within 24 - 48 hours in a timely fashion. I was able to reschedule my appointment without a week since I had Covid and did not want to go to the office if I was still testing positive. The office was able to get me into the office the following week which was perfect since I was testing negative and wanted to understand how Covid affected myself since this was the first time getting Covid

Excellent professional caring manner. Diagnosed the ongoing issue I have been having. Shared my lab results that confirmed diagnosis and ruled out RA. I have been prescribed medication and the unbearable pain that would wake me from sleep many times a night are gone. I still get up to pee! The ongoing debilitating pain of everything hurts ALL the time has lessened significantly. Hallelujah. Patient. Honest. Confident and answered all my questions and kindly addressed my concerns and frustrations with my body.
