My situation was such that the chronic pain I was experiencing between July-October went undiagnosed. A friend of mine diagnosed the problem. Neither Pullman Doctors nor technicians diagnosed the problem or resulting pain. I finally received Medication in Late sept from a NP in Palouse Family Medicine. The reality is I needed surgery and it took almost 4 months to get a diagnosis for an urgent issue . While there were hiccups from both parties on scheduling, the Dr. & Medical staff were professional, kind, funny, intelligent and I look forward to surgery with them

Dr. Hofer was exceptional.She shared specialized knowledge that was most helpful.She examined me and knew the diagnosis immediately.She explained the treatment for my vein problem well and prescribed compression hose for 6 weeks. Then she will examine me again and prescribe further treatment as needed.I already feel the difference with improved circulation in my legs after just a few days.Thank you Dr. Hofer

I have been seeing Dr Hoefer for many years regarding my legs and veins. I trust her and have recommended her to several people.

They contacted me, to help me make my appointments, gave me directions, phone numbers, helpful all throughout service.

I was in and out before my appointment time even started. I always feel as though Dr Hoefer is in a race and I get distracted with her speedy answers to questions. I usually leave feeling rushed with unanswered questions and lacking paperwork.The staff however is very understanding with follow up ~ they get my unasked questions answered.
