Love my providers

My provider is great, but a 4+ month wait for appt needs some improvement. It makes one wonder how long a wait for an emergent appt.

Dr. Hess is very knowledgeable and willing to listen to the details of my medical issues.

Dr. Hess addressed the medication I take for pain suggesting that I taper off it and see if my bodies own mechanisms would take over and gave me the option of seeing the in-house pharmacist. I hope my body can take over pain relief as time goes by. The doctor that handles my pain meds has never given me the option of tapering off eventually. I'm very hopeful that I can get to the point of no or little controlled meds. Dr. Hess is the most helpful doctor I've had.

Dr. Hess had a resident come in first, and I was able to discuss all the questions I had. She then met with Dr. Hess, and they both came in and talked to me. I felt like I had ample time and didn't feel rushed.

Everyone from the receptionist to my provider listened.
