Well run office. Staff was efficient and friendly. Dr. Lee told me about all future actions, what they were and why we were doing them. I felt I was in good hands.

Dr. Lee has been my doctor since I was diagnosed with heart failure and he has taken excellent care of me

He came to see me with an old, printed lab test results. I have to tell him that there's a new updated lab tests report and afterwards, he logged in the system just to see it. He only spent less than 5 minutes and only discussed one marker on the blood test. He did not discuss the pacemaker log report.

THE DR. ALWAYS HAS HER RECORDS, THEY ARE IN THE COMPUTER.

Nothing bad to say, except I felt I didn't have enough time with some of my providers.

Dr Lee and his staff are respectful and caring. I have been seeing him since 2012!

This visit was about going over test results. It was scheduled due to an issue with a missied phone appointment. I will not have them schedule a phone appointment again due to issues of coverage where I live. I did tell the staff after the missed appointment and I was able to get in and see Dr. Lee sooner than I thought.

Generally uncoordinated office. Impersonal and unfriendly. Dr. Lee is personalble but inefficient and does not demand efficient and friendly treatment of his patients by his staff. In previous visits to Dr. Lee, particularly during the period before my triple bypass open heart surgery, an advanced lower aorta anuerism was totally missed and was leter discovered accidentally by my primary care doctor while he was looking at a test that was ordered for a completely different condition. It seems to me that the vascular surgeons and cardiologists should not have been so tunnel visioned and inperceptive that they could have missed something that not only was so severe, but that should have been checked as a matter of course considering my previous conditions and history.
