Easy and minimal effort needed

Everyone was very pleasant and very thorough.

There is a medical facility less than 20 miles from my home, yet I choose to drive 100 miles to see Sarah as well as the other providers at the Heart Institute. It is a top-notch facility and both my husband and I feel like we always see the "A" Team!

If all providers were as attentive and aware of their patients, medical care wouldn't be so challenging. Sarah is an extremely valuable person at Providence. I hope Providence knows that.

This is an annual visit that is always very comfortable and easy from the moment I enter the building until I leave. I use the app to communicate with my care team when able as I live 50 miles away. For the most part my questions were answered in the app as soon as my care team had answers.
