About Janet C. Basalone

Janet has been providing psychotherapy focused on meaningful growth and healing for 17 years. Certified in EMDR, Perinatal Mental Health (PMH-C), and Havening Techniques, she works extensively with trauma, stress, anxiety, life transitions and depression. She is also a Level 2 clinician through the IFS institute and will complete certification in 2027. Janet works with individual patients only (no marital or family counseling services). Her approach emphasizes collaboration, compassion and individualized treatment tailored to each patient’s unique needs.
