Dr Diken is one of the best providers I have seen at Kadlec. Especially for OB care. He listens to concerns and explains everything thoroughly and easy to understand. He's a very kind and caring provider. I would recommend him to anyone who is needing to see a high risk OB. We're very thankful for Dr Diken.

They explain any questions well, solve them and are very friendly.

Dr. Dicken was extremely respectful and listened well. He caught that I was taking the wrong dosage of medication. This was very concerning, as I had been to three other visits since it was first prescribed and no one else caught that I was taking the wrong dosage. I'm grateful he saw this, but I feel like another provider should have known this and corrected it. I had been taking the wrong dosage for about 2 months.

He was very good, his attention is very friendly and very respectful, he explained everything well that I could understand

Dr. Diken is amazing! I have never had a healthcare provider of any type be so thorough and compassionate with my medical care, and he is extremely kind to top it off. He takes the time to actually explain things, and you don't feel rushed asking questions. 10/10 and I would recommend him every day.

Dr. Diken is excellent! I saw him last year when I experienced a loss of pregnancy And then saw him again now with a new pregnancy. He remembered things we had discussed previously, he's compassionate and caring, and so gentle and kind. I also trust his medical knowledge. He is the perfect person for his physician role in maternal fetal medicine

Well, the truth is that they treat me very well, especially my doctor clears me of all doubts, he is a good doctor, I give him a 10, they are all very kind.

My provider was great. He was very knowledgeable with my hi risk pregnancy and made me feel comfortable, safe, and understood.

Dr Diken was very professional during our emotional appointment and gave us detailed information even though it was hard to hear. He showed he cared about my well being and got me in to see him without a schedule appointment when we had an unexpected pregnancy loss.

The delivery of risk factors was pretty tactless. I think doctor could improve on bedside manner and delivery when talking about this information.

Dr. Dicken was phenomenal in bed side manners and very educated and helpful even though we were hearing discouraging news about our baby's well being. He was very thoughtful and caring in his response

Doctor Zaid answered my questions and explained my diagnosis and treatment clearly. I'm very happy with my experience during the visit.

The radiologist was nice and explained everything she was doing. Dr. Diken was thorough and closely explained the reason for the visit and explained the results of the x-rays and we came up with the best plan for me going forward.

So far, my providers have been excellent

The doctor was very knowledge in EDS relating to pregnancy, which Is very hard to come by in Tri-Cities. At the end of the appointment, he even asked if he explained everything clearly, which he did. I've not had a provider ask this before and I really appreciated it.
