Dr Les is an extraordinarily compassionate and helpful caregiver, and I feel privileged to have her on my medical team. One afternoon this spring when I felt alone with overwhelming medical issues, and not sure where to turn, I thought about her calm. Centered, excellent guidance and called on the off chance she might be able to talk to me. She had a full day, and called me at the end all her many appointments and "walked me off the ledge" so to speak. She was just so present, and ready to listen and offer guidance. Within a couple of days, after loosing her advice, I found a path forward through my crisis. I shifted my goals to focus on sub-specialist care and I'm now getting treatment appropriate to my situation. When I met w Dr Les last week we went over all that has happened (a lot), my current diagnosis, and plan going forward. She asks great questions, takes time to make sure you understand complex medical processes, and is just an overall marvelous human being. You are so lucky to have her on your medical staff. I'm glad to share my observations about her, and I am encouraging my friends who are also cancer survivors so establish their own relationships w her. Thank you, [Names]

Dr. Les is absolutely amazing. She is the only Dr. I have that listens so intently and discusses all my concerns even beyond the breast cancer scope. I am so grateful to have her as my care team.
