I got right in to my appointment, saw the NP within a few minutes. She knew my history and changes in prescribed meds and listened to all I had to say and prescribed a new med. She made it clear that I could at any time call if I needed anything. The scheduler on the way out of the office was so good, she got my next appointment scheduled with such ease.
