I felt like she wasn't really listening to my concerns. She answered questions but seemed rushed and a bit scattered. She had a couple of flow up things she was going to mention to the Dr but I never heard back and had to contact them about this. The whole visit didn't feel very thorough. My physical exam also was performed quickly and didn't ask much about how my physical ailments felt

Our care giver, was very concerned over new developments about my condition and immediately sent me for an ustrasound

As always, Providence staff is absolutely amazing. I was given some difficult news related to a recent vaccine injury and am still processing it. During this time, Kate was incredibly kind, patient, and attentive. She truly listened, showed genuine compassion, and went above and beyond to make sure I felt supported and heard.
