The care provider (Dr Maahum Haider) was great. She was nice, listened to me, as very knowledgeable, and came up with a goog plan for treatment. I had only two minor issues. First, it was difficult to get a timely appointment. I scheduled an appointment as soon as was available, and I also signed up for the waitlist to get an earlier appointment because my condition was fairly urgent, but I only learned that an earlier appointment was available because I called again to check if there was an appointment sooner than what I had previously scheduled. The second minor issues is that I had a urine test done and received the results in MyChart. But I the office didn't contact me to explain them. That's OK, because it was obvious to me that the urine test result was fine based on the description of the normal range for each item in the results. And I have a follow-up appointment to talk with Dr Haider once I finish a course of antibiotics. If I had been concerned or unclear about the test result I would have called the office for an explanation of the results, but that wasn't the case so it's not a big deal.

This appointment was to receive a 2nd opinion on a procedure that the clinic in Spokane recommended. Dr. Haider gave me clear understandable answers to my questions and helped me in making the decision to not have the procedure at this time. Dr. Haider is everything I would want in a health care provider. Even though I have only been seeing her once a year, she is always well prepared and remembers my history, my concerns, and my personal priorities.

I was a little disappointed that I had to wait a month for an appointment, but since it wasn't an emergency it was ok. This was my first time seeing someone in Urology and I was pleasantly surprised by how open, relaxed and informative Dr Haider was. The staff there was also warm and reassuring.
