Dr. Tandon is always, professional and kind. I am moving away and this was my last visit with him which makes me extremely sad and nervous. Dr. Tandon and Dr. Gamboa literally saved my life and I will forever be grateful.

I had the privilege to meet this doctor when I brought my son to him a few months earlier. That alleviated some stress related to a new doctor visit. It was a positive appt.

It took 7 months to get this appointment. Info that I got was worth it. It would be better if it was less time before the first appointment. I evenlooked at Trios. I felt lost in the system.

Knowledgeable

My appointment was at 9:45 a.m. I had to ask the MA if Dr Tandon was running late at 10:30. The MA had me in the exam room and did my vitals already.

I love this office.everyone is so nice.Dr Tandon is extremely knowledgeable and has read my entire chart including labs and tests from other providers which gives me confidence in him seeing my whole health picture.I've noticed you have not included performance questions about nursing staff.I will state that they have all been efficient, friendly, and helpful.

Dr Puneet Tandon, is, by far l, The Best Physician I Currently Have, (or Probably have ever Had).

The staff person who initiated the virtual visit was condescending and rude. The connecting procedure had changed since our last visit and instead of just answering our brief questions, she was insistent that we should have the app for mychart. She was impatient even though there was no delay in our connecting as soon as we logged into the website. She was on such a rant, that I had to repeat several times that we were connected on our end and waiting. Dr. Tandon is a kind, professional and knowledgeable provider. He deserves a better support staff.
