Dr. Way was abrupt and it felt like he was in a rush to be done with my appointment. Not good "bedside manners."

Dt Way's speaking voice is very quiet/soft. I had some difficulty hearing him. He ordered a new blood test for me which I was able to get the same day.

I went to the neurologist to get a more specific diagnosis and plan for my tremors than my regular doctor could give me. I left feeling the same, with not much useful information, and felt that in the 15-20 minutes with the doctor I didn't get my problems across very well. I will probably not return, and try another doctor at a later time.

Provider knew what to do about my Restless Legs Syndrome. He also let me get help with this issue even though the referral to him was for myoclonic jerks which was no longer an issue. He did have a little trouble with thinking my Wellbutrin helped with serotonin which it does not.

The doctor literally looked at me said well it looks like there's nothing I can do for you. Have a nice day. Didn't help didn't ask for x-rays didn't do bloodwork did nothing just looked at me. Saw my chart and said I can't do anything for you. have a nice day.

All was good. Didn't have any immediate problems

First off the provider walked in and asked me, "How can I help you?" Then I was confused because most of the time the doctor has gone over my records because I was referred to this provider. I told him I was there for my MRI results and he talked back very sarcastically and told me that the lab report was fine. He went over it fast. I dont appreciate driving and hour to and from that day, and for the doctor to say How can I help you. I wanted my results and I have already been worried. The provider was not very accommodating. He had his eyes closed while talking to me which is not professional at all. I believe you look at your patient when they are worried you show them with care and concern. He did ask me to follow up so Im glad because I want reassurance of my results. He didnt even have the image. I was referred and this provider was not prepared to see me and acted as if he didnt know the reason for my visit. I have been nervous up until my appt. I just feel like the doctor didnt take me serious. The medical staff was amazing. Im just disappointed in how I received results and they want me to go get the disc and Im not driving much so thats inconvenient that they ask me to go get the disc of my image. Thank you.

Dr. Way gave me a 2d botox treatment to my eyelids to continues the reduction of dystonia while minimizing droopiness to eyelids following the treatment. It has worked very well with no renewal of droppy eyelids
