This doctor is one of the best you have. Please take care of her and her staff to.keep them and not burn them out

Always polite, friendly and helpful!

I would like my provider to try to think outside the box' sometimes to identify and solve problems that are presented. I would like my provider to trust me more regarding the information I provide, and really expand their thinking. I realize the brain and neurological problems are extremely complex and difficult to solve.

Dr. Bertsche was fabulous. Her communication was clear. Her exam was thorough. She gave me options for further testing, treatment, and a follow-up appointment. She was kind, yet professional. She answered all of my questions competently. I have already told friends and family about her. I feel fortunate to have had her help.
