Provider very unaccommodating and not empathetic, and to be clear, this comment has nothing to do with medication. Nursing staff is great.

I would like my provider to try to think outside the box' sometimes to identify and solve problems that are presented. I would like my provider to trust me more regarding the information I provide, and really expand their thinking. I realize the brain and neurological problems are extremely complex and difficult to solve.
