This was my first visit and I rated a little lower in some areas partly because one of the things is my doc set me up with appointment. It was a good experience.

Mackenzie was very nice and easy to talk to. She is a provider you feel comfortable with.

Dr. Westphal has been amazing. She is truly listening to my concerns and has been extremely helpful In explaining things to me so that I can understand. I believe she wants nothing more than to help me get answers. Feeling heard by your doctor Is just so important. I highly recommend her.

Dr. Westphal has always provided excellent care and education about my condition and available treatments. Her assistant is always friendly and professional. The front office staff have consistently been rude or inattentive, doing the bare minimum without a smile or a courteous word. There was one time the person helping me was polite. I wish I had gotten her name so I can share it with you.

Provider is very nice and very respectful. I would recommend het to anyone.

After receiving a difficult diagnosis, Mackenzie Westphal was an extremely engaged, concerned and informed provider. She has been extremely good in terms of what I expected and have received for care. She has definitely listened to me and helped me progress a bit more with my seemingly uncontrollable seizures. I've felt or known for a long time that I would never have the luxury of not worrying about seizures and at this point essentially thought there wasn't much more that can be done besides monitor and keep provider up to date but here we are a few months in and she has already helped by prescribing the medication depakote. It hasn't necessarily lowered the amount of seizures I have but it has made them much more recoverable and potentially made them shorter seizures on average. She has definitely listened to what I've said and seems to understand what I'm expecting for all of this and has been a wonderful experience so far. The front office has been amazing as well as I've seen before when that gets lower quality level can be very much an issue.
