I have had migraines for nearly 30 years and this is the first time I have felt truly heard and seen by a provider when discussing this ailment. I tend to be a nervous patient which I think makes some providers dismiss me. I was reassured and my thoughts and questions were thoughtfully answered, considered and documented. I didn't feel that anyone thought I was exaggerating. Before seeing this provider I had nearly given up seeking help to manage my pain and now I am hopeful that I will find real relief and get my life back and I am grateful to have been referred to this practice. Also, all of the office staff was professional and friendly and made me feel welcome.

Sarah Slater is really good at her job who's very knowledgeable and helpful and knew when to pass me on to a pain management doctor when she could no longer help with my complex health.

Yearly check up. Nothing was going wrong with me so it was quick and easy.

I am doing so much better health wise than I was so was able to get by with a yearly follow up appointment unless I need to see her sooner if something changes or worsens
