She has great "bedside manners" very easy to talk too ! My 1st visit with her .. Very comfortable. I would definitely recommend her .

The care by the provider was great but making the portal to see my records not good!

I have been very happy with Sarah Slater's knowledge and care, she is "on the ball' regarding MS current treatments, she listens to my concerns and has addressed them as they come up. I appreciate that it seems like we work together on what works best for my situation and health.

Yearly check up. Nothing was going wrong with me so it was quick and easy.
