Dr Rice always makes sure to ask me if I have any more questions. Even when I am having trouble remembering the question, she gives a summary of what we talked about and then I remember the question. She is fabulous.

Really appreciated that she took the time to review my chart from my previous provider ahead of time, and came with questions for clarification. She did not waste my time going over every single medication, since that was already done (when I checked in on-line and with the nurse when I checked in). So we really got to spend time talking about substantive issues...

Dr Rice was VERY good on every level. My prior neurologist cancelled 3 appts and never listened to me when I was able to get an appt with him. Dr Rice spent quality time with me to ask me questions, listen to me, and give me pertinent information.She is a "cut above"! Highly recommend.

Dr. Rice is always easy to talk to and easy to understand, and in this case, my situation was rather urgent and she and her team made sure that I was able to talk to her in a very timely fashion. It gives me a great sense of confidence to know that Dr. Rice responds to my unusual situations so quickly.

At this visit, I brought paperwork for my disability (New York Life) that Dr. Rice was going to have to fill out and her assistant to fax back! I really appreciate it her filling it out and her assistant for faxing it back to them in a timely manner.

I really appreciate having this appointment switched to virtual, instead of rescheduling it, when the flooding was happening at the office. It was a routine visit for me and quickly switching it over to virtual was great. I really appreciate everyone's ability to adapt!

The only reason I answered the question about medical history as Somewhat is that I was seeing Dr. Rice for the first time and my electronic medical records was all she had. So she did not know much about my diagnosis before that time. She was kind enough to take the time for ne to fill her in.
