Tracy Bazan, M.D., earned her medical degree from New York Medical College and completed her internship, residency and fellowship at Oregon Health & Science University. She is board certified in neurology. Dr. Bazan's practices focuses on neuromuscular disorders. Dr. Bazan performed a nerve conduction/EMG test on me, so it wasn't a typical type of medical appointment.
