Dr Venema was excellent. This was our first visit and I found him to be very friendly and kind. He was well informed about my health history--better than anyone in a long time! He was very knowledgable and answered my questions and concerns. I feel like he and I will be good partners in my care.

This was a first appointment with this physician. My father moved here from Oregon three months ago, and we needed a new neurologist for him. I am very happy with this physician for our first appointment

I was glad I was able to get an appointment with Dr. Venema, though disappointed (but not surprised) at how long it took. I liked Dr. Venema very much, though I had the feeling he was a little rushed (also not surprised). But overall I was satisfied with my visit and look forward to the follow-up visit in April.

Dr. Venema has been my Neurologist for the past three years and is one of the best.

Dr. Venama warmly greeted my husband and myself which helped settle my nerves a little. He listened carefully and with compassion as we shared what I have been going through the last 2 1/2 years. He administered a test for dementia and some other tests to check physical strength, etc. After all was said and done he suggested I definitely had nerve problems and that they needed to be taken care of with medicines. My situation was out of his scope of experience. He said he would contact my PCP in order to get a referral to a Psychiatrist that I could trust. After our visit, we had more information than we had ever been given, prior to our visit. Dr.Venama was Informative, we are happy with his service. I would be happy to recommend him to other patients who might be able to use his services.

All the care providers I see at PacMed are efficient and treat me with respect. Most of my questions are answered and if not, I can send a message through my chart.

As a caregiver for my parent w/ Alzheimer's, I really appreciate the care my parent receives from Dr. Venema. I feel like he really hears what is being shared by me in regards to her current symptoms and how she is doing. His conversation and interactions with her leave her feeling that he listened. While she doesn't remember what he said, she does remember how she feels about his care & that is so very important. Fantastic doctor!

Professional and friendly

Provider and team have been great to work with. Are prompt with prescriptions and medication authorizations with no follow up needed by me. I can trust them to do what they say. Not the case with all providers. Love Dr. Venema's team
