My 1st visit, the provider wouldn't listen to my health issues only read old medical records. During my second visit, he said my MRI if my brain is good and didn't want to discuss the health reasons why I got the MRI, and that was after I waited over an hour in the room after being told he was with a patient and I was next. When he walked in, he made a comment that I finally made it. I was about 8 minutes late for my appointment and the receptionist checked to see if he would still see me. I don't know if it was a miscommunication or what. He came in with his jacket and wallet like he was leaving or coming back from somewhere. I have been going from specialist to specialist before I could get a referral to a neurologist and then I get treated like crap. I have MS symptoms without the MS, I just want someone to help me find out what is wrong. Instead, I get dismissed as though what I am going through means nothing. I have never felt so hopeless as I do now

This was my first time seeing this specific provider. He seemed great. I hope it continues. All of the other staff was so super nice, I have to say. Like honestly kind and that was so great.
