Most of my health care providers are excellent and do everything possible to make sure I am getting the medical care I need. Sadly, the same can not be said for the Providence organization.

When you review my answers please realize I gave honest answers, I was not just hitting high answers and not thinking about the question. The atmosphere and the staff you have are wonderful and kind and the provider I see has truly made me feel I am in hands!

Dr Ramneantu is very punctual and I always feel like I am important enough to be given a thorough examination. All of my questions are answered and I feel comfortable leaving the appointment with full knowledge of the diagnosis.

She is always very compassionate and Intentive. She always has my best interests in mind.

She was an amazing Neurologist! She did everything she could to figure out my debilitating spasms, and what caused my stroke, and heart attack. She explained everything in a way anyone could understand. And anything she couldn't figure out right that second, she set up future appointments, medical procedures, and lab work that can help me find the answers we are looking for. Dr. Ramneantu looked back in my records to a medical problem I had in 2016 which a former neurologist had never been able to explain to me. She quickly reviewed the records and told me what had caused my problem in terms I could easily understand. Her manner is so engaging, I feel we are collaborators in my neurological health. Her office staff are very friendly and make me feel at ease whenever I visit their office.

I was very impressed with Dr. Irina Ramneantu. She was attentive, knowledgeable and provided the information needed to correct a problem I've had for the past six months. In addition she referred me to an orthopedic surgeon who will correct my problem and told me to contact her if I've not heard from the surgeon in two weeks time.

Being a medical professional I always gage the quality of doctor by the "vibe" of staff. Every single person I spoke with before even seeing the doctor was friendly and caring. It was a very busy schedule when I had my appointment. Mahalo!

Excellent appt. I was referred by my primary care doctor and at that time I was told It might take awhile to get an appt. In the meantime I had lab work done and and I had an MRI done, so all of this was instantly available for this appt. It did take several weeks to get an appt, but that was ok, as I wasn't having any pain episodes during that time. I felt the doctor listened to me, and actually reviewed and talked about my health history and medications list that I provided. I never felt like it was a rushed appt. I really like this doctor. Very thorough. I had seen her in 2016 also and I was very pleased with appt as well.She made It very clear that I could contact her at any time regarding my healthIssue.I did try to sign up for the portal, but had difficulties doing so. I'm still not sure if I did it correctly.
