Dr Houston, faced with a challenging diagnosis, was excellent in every way and is trying his best to sort out my neurological condition.

He is a specialist I was referred to. He has specific expertise that is above and beyond the knowledge of a PA. Would I have liked to see him sooner, Yes, but he is a busy provider and my condition was not an emergency.

Dr. Houston explained each portion of the procedure and what to expect. He asked frequently how I was tolerating the procedure as he proceeded . Very kind and respectful.

The doctor was punctualAll personnel, ie, receptionist, nurse, and doctor were friendly and professional.I really liked the post-visit written summary that documented the visit and listed future appointments.

I had a detailed conversation with the neurologist about my treatment options. He provided excellent feedback on my options that I appreciated.

The provider was very professional & explained how each step was to be done in my procedure in easy terms that I understood

Dr Houston is always a very caring doct and always tell me if I have a question , I should message him .

Dr Houston was attentive, thorough and very knowledgeable. He took the time to listen to a very long description of my health events and helped me to understand what happened. I feel like my concerns are being addressed and followed up on and that I am in good hands. He even took the time to research something while I was there to help with a question I had - most doctors don't take the time to do that. I was very happy with this visit. I've already recommended him too a friend.

Since my primary care provider joined providence. She has take. Great care of me. We have watch each others family grow, travel and laughed together. She always finds time for making things personal and not "stiff!" With that said, she continues to work with my medicL need and often suggest great counter parts within the system to work with us as a team. She is also open to work with my non medical team (naturopath, and holistic team) to make sure things are helping get me healthy again!!
